1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of and participation in The Dial Log.

By enrolling in the course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

The Dial Log is a structured educational programme delivered via scheduled AI-guided phone sessions.

The course includes:

  • Scheduled tutorial calls

  • Conceptual instruction in quantum mechanics

  • Philosophical and interpretive discussion

  • Homework assignments

  • Oral assessments

  • Transcripts and session summaries

  • A certificate of completion upon successful completion

The certificate is not an accredited academic or professional qualification.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate contact information

  • Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract


4. Educational Nature of the Course

The Dial Log is an educational service only.

It does not provide:

  • Professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice

  • Therapy or counselling

  • Accredited certification

All interpretations discussed within the course are interpretations and not scientific conclusions.

5. Payment Terms

Access to the course is granted upon successful payment.

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the scheduled and personalised nature of the course:

Refunds are not available once the first scheduled session has been delivered, attended, or made available to you.

If you wish to request a refund before the first session has taken place, you must do so in writing.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Scheduling and Rescheduling

You may reschedule sessions subject to availability and reasonable notice.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

You may pause or discontinue the course at any time; however, refunds will not be issued beyond the policy stated above.

8. Assessments and Certification

Mid-course and final assessments are conducted orally.

Certificates of completion are issued only upon satisfactory participation and completion of the required components.

Certificates:

  • Reflect completion only

  • Are not accredited

  • Must not be represented as formal qualifications


9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to:

  • Teaching scripts

  • Session structures

  • Assessment formats

  • Transcripts

  • Branding and materials

are the intellectual property of The Dial Log.

You may not reproduce, distribute, record, or commercially exploit any part of the service without written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Record sessions for redistribution

  • Misuse the service

  • Impersonate another person

  • Engage in unlawful conduct

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Dial Log shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the course.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Technical Interruptions

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by:

  • Network failures

  • Telephony providers

  • User device issues

  • Third-party infrastructure

Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule affected sessions.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are breached

  • Payment disputes are raised fraudulently

  • The service is abused


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
